Xtreme Space Shooter

Xtreme Space Shooter throws you into the cockpit of a lone spacecraft standing between a hungry alien force and the planets they plan to devour. Starting with a basic ship and a single forward cannon, you'll carve your way through wave after wave of increasingly dangerous enemies across dozens of deep-space levels. Bigger threats bring bigger rewards, and upgrading your vessel keeps the odds from stacking too far against you.

How to Play

Use the arrow keys or WASD to move your ship in any direction across the screen. Hold down the spacebar or the left mouse button to fire continuously at incoming enemies. Destroyed enemies drop power-ups and credits you can spend between levels on stronger weapons, faster engines, or improved shields. Each stage ends with a boss encounter that requires sustained focus and precise movement to survive. Keep an eye on your health bar in the top corner — letting it hit zero ends your run.

Tips & Strategy

Don't chase every power-up that drops. If grabbing one pulls you into a dense cluster of enemy fire, it's better to leave it and stay alive. Positioning matters more than raw firepower in the early stages, so practice weaving between projectile patterns before you start investing heavily in attack upgrades.

When facing bosses, watch their attack cycles for a few seconds before committing to an aggressive approach. Most bosses repeat the same sequence, and once you recognize the pattern you can find a safe pocket to fire from consistently. Prioritize shield upgrades before major boss levels — arriving with full defensive stats gives you far more room to learn on the fly without restarting from scratch.
