Missile Dude RPG throws you into a chaotic cartoon battlefield where you stand as the last line of defense against an endless parade of bizarre creatures crawling out of dimensional portals. Armed with a bazooka and a surprisingly optimistic attitude, your character must hold the line, gather resources from fallen enemies, and gradually transform from a scrappy lone gunner into a walking weapons factory backed by a crew of powerful allies.
Use your mouse to aim and click to fire missiles at incoming monsters before they breach your position. Between waves, spend the resources you collect to upgrade your firepower, increase your reload speed, and unlock new weapon types. You can also recruit companion fighters who automatically assist during combat, taking some pressure off your trigger finger. The upgrade menu is straightforward — tap into it between rounds to spend your currency wisely before the next portal opens.
Prioritize upgrading your missile damage early on rather than spreading resources thin across every available option. A single hard-hitting shot clears crowds faster than several weak ones, which becomes critical when enemy waves start stacking up quickly in later stages. Keep an eye on enemy movement patterns — many of the tougher monsters follow predictable paths, and landing shots ahead of their trajectory wastes far fewer missiles than chasing them across the screen. Finally, recruit your first ally as soon as the option becomes affordable. Even a basic companion takes consistent chip damage off enemies, which adds up enormously over longer sessions and lets you focus your shots on the most dangerous targets pushing through the front.
